Service Description
Time in nature is proven to improve mental health, immune system function, anti-cancer cell production, and bring the body back into a state of equilibrium. This balanced state of "rest and digest"(parasympathetic) is the opposite of "fight or flight"(sympathetic) - the nervous system state many of us frequently reside within. When the body drops into parasympathetic state regeneration of cells begins. We offer guided hikes and camping trips, wildlife tracking outings, forest bathing walks, and customized workshops for your group all centered around slowing down and inviting one into the parasympathetic state through mindfulness and sensory attunement. Workshops can last anywhere from 1 hour to up to 24 hours for guided camping trips and serve locations in NY, MA, CT, VT, PA. Will travel outside of these regions for additional rates.
