OR even just wanting to learn some new ways to take care of your body in relationship with some plants already growing around you?
This weekend retreat will be a deep dive into herbal medicines that can be called upon in times of acute illness or accident. Whether that’s an addition to your first aid kit for in the field support or a medicine that you build a daily practice with, this retreat will start to introduce you to clinical strength folk preparations that you can learn to depend on.
